Beef karahi
Here's an easy and delicious recipe for Beef Karahi:
Ingredients:
• 1 kg beef, cubed
• 2 large onions, diced
• 1 (14.5 ounces) can diced tomatoes
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add cumin seeds, stirring for 1 minute.
3. Add onions and sauté until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
4. Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
5. Add beef, and cook until no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
6. Add tomatoes, garam masala, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt.
7. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until beef is tender, about 25 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander ,green chilliesand ginger slices, if desired. Enjoy!
