Making biryani is a complex process, but it is well worth the effort! To make a tasty, flavorful biryani, follow these simple steps:
1.Start by marinating the beef meat . Soak it in yogurt or cream, spices, and herbs for at least an hour before cooking.
2.In a deep saucepan, heat some oil or ghee and add whole spices (such as cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves, bay leaves) and stir until fragrant.
3.Add finely chopped onions and fry until they are golden-brown.
4.Add ginger-garlic paste and fry until the raw odor is gone.
5.Add the marinated meat and stir-fry until it is cooked through.
6.Add basmati rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.
7.Add boiling water, lower the heat, and cover the pan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the rice is done.
