Here is a delicious and easy-to-make recipe for chicken noodles.
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of canola oil.
• 1 small onion, finely chopped.
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
• 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped.
• 1 large carrot, thinly sliced.
• 250 grams of boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips.
• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
• 2 cups of chicken broth.
• Two packs (125 grams) of chicken noodles.
• 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger.
• 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro.
Instructions:
1. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
2. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Add the soy sauce and chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a boil.
4. Add the egg noodles to the skillet and cook according to package instructions.
5. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the ground ginger and cilantro.
