Chicken Tikka.






• 1/2 kg of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons of paprika
• 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
• 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Skewers

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss until everything is evenly coated.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

5. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.

6. Grill the chicken tikka for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.

7. Serve hot with rice, salad, or flatbread.
