Ingredients:
• 6-8 fresh limes
• Water
• Sugar (optional)
• Ice
Instructions:
1. Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice into a measuring cup or bowl. You can use a citrus juicer or simply squeeze the limes by hand.
2. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp and seeds.
3. Pour the lime juice into a pitcher and add an equal amount of water. For example, if you have 1 cup of lime juice, add 1 cup of water.
