Ingredients:
• 2 potatoes, boiled and diced
• 2 carrots, boiled and diced
• 1 cup of green peas, boiled
• 1 cup of chopped cooked chicken breast
• 1 cup of chopped boiled eggs
• 1 cup of canned pineapple, drained and diced
• 1/2 cup of chopped dill pickles
• 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup of sour cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, boiled green peas, chopped chicken breast, chopped boiled eggs, diced canned pineapple, chopped dill pickles, and chopped green onions.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream.
3. Pour the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
6. Garnish with additional green onions or dill, if desired.
