Succulent Mutton Chops Recipe: A tantalizing blend of ingredients to whip up a feast

 Here's a recipe for mutton chops:


Ingredients:

• 1 kg mutton chops

• 1 cup yogurt

• 2 tablespoons ginger paste

• 2 tablespoons garlic paste

• 2 teaspoons red chili powder

• 1 teaspoon coriander powder

• 1 teaspoon cumin powder

• 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

• Salt to taste

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

• 2 tablespoons oil

• Fresh coriander leaves for garnish.


Instructions:


1. Clean the mutton chops and pat them dry with a paper towel.

2. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil.

3. Add the mutton chops to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

4. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

5. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and grease it with oil.

6. Arrange the marinated mutton chops on the tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chops are cooked through and tender.
